Beverly Scott : Dear Robert, YES! We used your amazing product and we are so glad we found you on the internet. We wanted to wait a couple of weeks to see how it did before we contacted you. We had used some other things earlier. They looked great at first and then they turned cloudy and were a big mess. We wanted to see how everything panned out before we let you know how it worked. Our floors look GREAT!!.We had a lot of floor to clean and it took us awhile but it has really been worth the effort.  Since we did the floors, I have found that I have to damp mop the floor with a little water and then go over that with a dry microfiber mop. Then I use the red cleaner and VIOLA! ---a shiny floor. My family was so surprised at the difference it has made .My dog still tracks when she comes in the house, but I can easily get it up now.  I will tell everybody I see that has a laminate floor about your wonderful products. Thank you for taking the time to invent them! What a difference it has made. When the floor looks dirty, the whole house looks dirty. We were ready to tear it all up (a $3000 mistake) before we found your products.  We appreciate you so much and we will be ordering more products as I run out of the red bottle (refinisher and cleaner).     Question: I actually just realized that I should have been buffing the floor after using the red bottle. It seems shiny even without the buffing. How much buffing do you do? Will mopping afterwards with a dry microfiber mop do it? My mop has torn from taking it on and off the base I have used it so much! Ha!  Thanks so much!  Beverly Scott
